Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Moroccan consumer protection legislation, the Customer has a period of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

After this period, no return or refund will be accepted, except in the case of a defective product.

2. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, complete (including accessories, instructions, and intact packaging).

Products that are opened, damaged, used, or incomplete are not eligible for a refund.

The following products are excluded from the right of return:

  • Perishable goods (fresh food products, etc.)
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Hygiene products that have been opened

3. Return Procedure

The Customer must contact AnaGros Customer Service at [email/contact] within 7 days of receipt to notify the return request.

The Customer will then receive instructions on how to return the product.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases of order preparation error or defective products.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, AnaGros will proceed with the refund.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order (bank transfer, deposit, or cash on delivery).

The maximum refund processing time is 15 business days after validation of the return.

5. Defective Products or Order Errors

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the original order, the Customer must notify AnaGros within 48 hours of receipt, providing a photo and a description of the issue.

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by AnaGros, and the Customer may choose between:

  • An exchange, or
  • A full refund
