Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on anagros.com are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation and/or payment validation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Average delivery times range between 3 and 7 business days, depending on the destination, excluding cases of force majeure or events beyond our control.
These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. AnaGros cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
3. Carriers
Delivery is handled by our logistics partners such as Aramex, SDTM, Amana, or any other carrier selected by AnaGros.
A tracking number is provided to the Customer once the order has been shipped, allowing shipment tracking.
4. Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout Morocco.
For international deliveries, a specific quotation may be provided upon request.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.
They are clearly displayed before order confirmation and payment.
For certain bulk orders or orders exceeding a defined amount, shipping may be offered free of charge, subject to current promotional conditions.
6. Receipt of Products
The Customer is required to check the condition of the package and products upon delivery.
Any issue (missing product, damaged package, incorrect item) must be reported to both the carrier and AnaGros within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
In the event of a delay caused by exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, transport restrictions, health crises, etc.), AnaGros will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Such situations do not entitle the Customer to compensation; however, special monitoring of the affected order will be ensured.
