Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between AnaGros (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) making a purchase on the website www.anagros.net

Any order placed on the website implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
AnaGros reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered on anagros.com are 100% genuine and authentic.
The photographs displayed correspond to the actual products sold by AnaGros.
Each product is described as accurately as possible (composition, format, weight, usage, etc.).
Minor variations (such as color differences due to screen display or supplier packaging) do not affect the conformity of the delivered product.

Article 3 – Prices

All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included (TTC).
Any applicable delivery fees are indicated before order confirmation.
AnaGros reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 4 – Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery, depending on the option selected.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank transfer (order dispatched after receipt of proof of payment),
• Bank deposit / direct transfer,
• Cash on Delivery (COD).

In the event of non-payment, AnaGros reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.

Article 5 – Orders

The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided (address, contact details, products).
AnaGros reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of fraud, stock unavailability, or non-payment.
The Customer declares that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Article 6 – Personal Data

The Customer agrees to provide accurate personal information (name, address, phone number).
AnaGros complies with Moroccan data protection regulations, in particular Law No. 09-08.
Collected data is used exclusively for order management, delivery, and communication with the Customer.

Article 7 – Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by partner carriers (Aramex, SDTM, Amana, or others).
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times are indicative. AnaGros cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
The Customer must check the package upon receipt and report any anomaly.

Article 8 – Order Confirmation

Once the order is validated, a confirmation email is automatically sent.
This email includes order details, the total amount paid, and the delivery address.
The confirmation email constitutes proof of the sales contract.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

The Customer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted only for products that are intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

Excluded from returns:

• Perishable products,
• Personalized or made-to-order products,
• Products opened for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases of order preparation error or defective products.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 15 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Article 10 – Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and protection against hidden defects.
In case of non-conformity, the Customer must contact customer service to obtain an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

Article 11 – Liability

AnaGros shall not be held liable for indirect damages or damages resulting from improper use of the products.
The Seller’s liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the order concerned.

Article 12 – Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is the exclusive property of AnaGros.
Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
